The backbone of alloenergy: every consent is traced, timestamped and revocable. It’s the law — and our commitment.
What we record
For each box you tick: the exact purpose, the exact wording shown at the moment of consent, the date and time, the locale, the stated duration, and technical proof (IP, user-agent). A consent is never deleted: it is revoked, with its revocation date, to keep the proof.
Why it matters
Since 11 August 2026, contacting a person without proof of consent carries heavy penalties. We never call without a legal basis: either your traced explicit request or an ongoing contract.
Your consents, under your control
From your client area you see the list of all your consents, their wording and date, and you can revoke each one in a click. Revocation takes effect immediately.
Energy renovation
Energy-renovation cold-contacting is prohibited even with consent. Such requests are handled solely at your initiative (strict inbound).
