Data collected
Data you send us via the calculators and forms: email, phone (optional), entered values, and where applicable your client-account data. Technical data: IP address and user-agent, kept as proof of consent.
Purposes & legal bases
Answering your explicit request (basis: your traced consent); performing an ongoing contract (basis: contract); improving our services (basis: legitimate interest). Energy-renovation is never cold-contacted, even with consent.
Retention
Consent proofs are kept for at least 3 years. “Optimisation” and “maintenance” consents have a shown duration of 13 months. Consumption curves obtained with your agreement are purged after the audit.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent at any time. Revoking a consent takes one click from your client area, or an email to privacy@alloenergy.com. You may refer the matter to your national data-protection authority.
Processors
Hosting, email delivery and, where applicable, AI bill extraction. The list of processors and any transfers is kept up to date [to be confirmed].
