Recover what you were overcharged.

Billing errors, misapplied taxes, abusive adjustments, forgotten overcharges. We read, prove, recover — and only charge on success.

The toolbox

A tool for every way to defend yourself

Free, no account, no commitment. Each starts from a simple question and returns an answer with figures.

From diagnosis to refund

How we recover, in practice

You do nothing more than analyze your bill. We handle the rest, and only charge if you get paid.

01

Diagnostic

We identify and quantify every anomaly, with official documents.

02

Case file

We build the claim file with the correct legal articles.

03

Formal notice

We direct the request to the supplier or the distributor.

04

Recovery

You get refunded. Our fee: a percentage, only on that amount.

The decoding

We translate what's costing you

The series that decodes, each week, one opaque term on your bill — and the tool to act.

Why us

A defender with no hidden interest

Zero conflict of interest

We don't sell energy or take commission from any supplier. We defend your bill, full stop.

Paid on success

The diagnostic is free. On a recovery, our fee is a percentage of the amount recovered — nothing otherwise.

Your data protected

Encrypted, never resold, with a separate, revocable consent for each use.

Your questions

Defend, with no nasty surprises

How much does it cost to recover an overcharge?+
The diagnostic is free. If you decide to start a recovery, our fee is a percentage of what you actually recover — you never pay upfront, and never anything if the claim fails.
How far back can you claim?+
The general statute of limitations is 5 years (art. 1964 of the Civil Code). Amounts wrongly billed can thus be challenged up to five years back, subject to available documentation.
Should I cancel or switch supplier?+
No. Defending your bill involves no contract change. We're independent: our role is to fix what's wrong, not push you toward an offer.
What if my audit finds nothing?+
All the better — you have proof that your bill is correct, free. That's transparency too: we tell you honestly when everything is in order.

Start with the truth about your bill.

A free diagnostic in 60 seconds. You'll see what we found before deciding anything.
